If physiotherapy is not the right answer for your problem, you will be told at the first visit and pointed to who can help.
Hands-on joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry needling and strapping to settle pain and restore movement.
Back and neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries and joint problems — treated with hands-on work and graded exercise.
Chest physiotherapy for pneumonia, COPD, asthma and post-operative lungs — including breathing techniques and airway clearance.
Stroke, Parkinson's, MS and head injury. Balance, walking, coordination and getting back to daily tasks.
Rehabilitation after knee, hip, shoulder and spinal surgery, plus crutch and walker training so you move safely.
If getting to the rooms is the problem we are working on, treatment can happen in your own home.

History, movement testing and baseline measurements. You leave knowing what is wrong, in plain language.
Hands-on treatment, dry needling or strapping where it helps, plus a few exercises you will actually do.
Load increases as symptoms settle. Visits spread out as you take over more of the work yourself.
A home programme and a check-in date. If things slip, come back early — it is a shorter road.
I am Kgomotso Lejapudi, a qualified physiotherapist with 5+ years experience in acute hospital care and private practice. I am passionate about helping people restore movement, manage pain, regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.
I believe that physiotherapy is not simply about treating an injury or managing pain, but about helping people return to the activities and quality of life that matter most to them.
No — you can book directly. Some medical aid schemes ask for a referral before they will pay, so it is worth a quick call to your scheme first.
The cash rate is R700 for a first consultation and R500 for follow-up appointments. If you are claiming from a medical aid, billing is at your scheme’s rates rather than the cash rate.
Most schemes cover physiotherapy from day-to-day benefits or a savings account. Claims are submitted directly and every invoice carries ICD-10 codes. Any shortfall is settled on the day.
Most straightforward problems settle in four to eight visits. You will get an honest estimate at the first visit, and progress is re-measured as you go.

Something you can move in. Shorts for a leg, hip or back problem; a vest or loose top for a shoulder or neck problem. Bring the shoes you walk or train in.
